| I am extremely impressed with the way you continue to improve your services. As a small business owner, I feel I can succeed with AIT. I look forward to your domain registration services and national dial-up access. I hope you allow your customers to resell both of these services like your ecommerce solution, which by the way is the first comprehensive ecommerce solution I've seen. Alot of companies try and make it seem complicated and expensive, but you demystify everything (keep telling it like it is). | I know you don't have much time so I hope this is not crowding the mailbox :)... However I just wanted to express how happy I am with everyone at AIT. I have hosted with many companies in the past and no one can even match your professionalism. This is the first time I have made a profit with a hosting company. AIT allows me to work on my web sales instead of trying to keep my Virtual Server Running. | Just the idea of a company's having an Ed McDaries to answer the public in this special format is a great idea--the American public are getting tired of the fact that you can't even get anyone to wait on you in a department store anymore--the sales people are annoyed if you bother them. | I am glad I found your email address in the newsletter. I have sent similar emails to the 'generic' customer and tech support addresses, but I wanted to find an actual person I could write to in the hopes that my message would be passed on 'up and down the ladder.' I think people are always so willing to send off complaints via email, that I make it a point to send out kudos...especially when they are so richly deserved. In short, your service is exceptional. Let me throw out a few more adjectives: excellent, consistent, efficient, superb, wonderful, etc. I have managed a site with other hosts and am pleased to say nobody even comes close to your service. I have tons of control over my site. It's never down. It's always fully functional. You don't delete my .htaccess and .htgroup files like my last host did to me on a regular basis!!!
Seriously, I've had hosts where my site would be fully functional for maybe 2 out of every 3 weeks. On the extremely rare occasions that I have had to call your tech support, the person who answered the phone was waaaay beyond 'first tier support.' With my former hosts, I'd call tech support and get somebody from customer service who would 'take my name and email address'. It's so rare (I think only once have I had to call) that I've had to call you all for tech support and that was for some pretty advanced stuff. There's two reasons I don't ever have to call. 1-Your servers are always up and running. 2-your online support information and documentation is well laid out, and clearly written. If you ever need a reference, do not hesitate to use me. Seriously, in this day and age when I have to deal with incompetence and poor business management, it is an absolute pleasure to do business with your firm.
